Do you ♥ a Midwife, OB, Nurse, Doula, Family Doctor or ANY other birth professional?
Do they respect and empower women, while treating birth as a normal and healthy process*?
Then NOMINATE them TODAY for the AZBN Family-Centered Caregiver Recognition Award!
[you could WIN a prize just for nominating!]
Our Family-Centered Caregiver Recognition Project serves to honor and celebrate Arizona birth professionals who provide exemplary care, as defined by The Coalition for Improving Maternity Services*. These individuals base their practice on a philosophy of care that is family focused, mother-friendly and evidence-based. They work to improve the conditions under which women labor and birth, and actively discourage, or work to change practices that are not in the best interest of mothers, babies and families.
